Mission: Rooted in Catholic faith and using an empathetic approach to all situations and scenarios, the student support and wellness advisor seeks to provide students with support in emotional, social and academic areas. To be proactive in connecting with students in order to assist them in their journey to become productive, healthy, balanced, educated, responsible and compassionate citizens of the world while developing their ability to self advocate. To always advocate for students and their best interest.
Devon Rapp
After teaching 3rd at St. Mary Catholic School for 8 years I was given the opportunity to pursue my passion of supporting children in the social, emotional and academic journeys. I am privileged to take on this role as Student Support and Wellness Advisor for St. Mary Catholic School.
I obtained my bachelor's degree in Psychology with an emphasis of study in child development from Gonzaga University. Along with my Masters in Teaching with endorsements in Reading, Elementary Education and English Language Learners. I plan to continue my education in the coming years in order to obtain my counseling certificate.
