A total of 24 reputed national and international universities and organizations participated in the fair. The participating institutions included KR Mangalam University, SRM University (Sonipat), Bennett University, SGT University, GD Goenka University, NIIT University, Ashoka University, O.P. Jindal Global University, Amity University (Gurgaon), Sharda University, Christ University, Scaler School of Technology, Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Aliff Overseas, Albright College, College for Creative Studies, Chandigarh University, The University of Tokyo, Global Scholar, Illinois Institute of Technology (Chicago), Delhi School of Communication, Indian Institute of Packaging, University of Cincinnati, and Ecole Intuit Lab. 

The fair witnessed enthusiastic participation from students of Classes XI and XII, who were eager to explore fields beyond conventional disciplines. Many students expressed that the event helped them gain clarity on their interests, potential career paths, and universities that align with their aspirations. Teachers and counselors were also present to guide students in asking relevant questions and interpreting the information they received.
