Ismail has been in the teaching profession for about 33 years, and joined St. Mary’s Junior College, Yousufguda, in 1997. He has been with St. Mary’s College since its inception. He is dedicated to his profession and had been the Head of the Department of Second Languages and a member of the Examination Committee. He continuously updates himself with the latest in the field of language and literature in order to guide students more effectively.
