Congratulations on your desire to continue your teen's Faith Formation, we are here to help you with the sacrament of Confirmation. If your teen needs baptism and First Holy Communion, you are also in the right place.
Our goal at St. Mary’s is to further deepen our Faith through the Sacrament of Confirmation; not as a means to an end, but rather, deeper integration of our relationship with Jesus, the Catholic Church as a whole, and our immediate parish family.
Our program consists of the following:
Two Years
A Year 1 and Year 2 retreat
A total of 7 sessions per year are required
Sundays 3 PM- 5 PM
family sessions (parents must attend)
individual sessions (only the teen attends)
Teen must attend at least 1 teen event a month
Youth Group (Tues.) or Bible Study (Thur.)
7 PM- 8:30 PM
Participate in Life of the Parish events
ex. Adoration, St Mary's Food Bank volunteer

You will need the Baptism and First Communion certificates (OR A birth certificate if child has not been baptized)

or bring the certificate to the office for us to make a copy.
The cost of the program
Year one $200 for one registration + $100 for each additional registration
Year two $300 for each registration
Payment can be made in full, or may be split, however we do ask the full amount be paid no later than December 1, 2025.

Who can be registered?
Teens in high school between the ages of 14 and 17 may be registered. If your teen is over 18 years old please contact the Faith formation office.
Who can register a teen for Confirmation?
Only the parent and/or Legal Guardian are allowed to register a teen.

Who can be a Confirmation Sponsor?
Must be over 18
Must be fully initiated into the Catholic church (must have received baptism, first Communion & Confirmation)
IF married, needs to be by the Catholic Church
NOT a parent/legal guardian of the candidate
When can I receive the sacrament of Confirmation?
Once all Sessions are completed and the rest of the requirements are met, one is eligible for confirmation.
