First of all, Don't panic! 

1. Listen to the movies in Spanish with English subtitles.

2. Listen to music in Spanish and follow the lyrics.

3. Play using Duolingo or another language-learning app.

4. I recommend following the Spanish Mama Spanish Starter Kit:

5. Try to say and repeat words you've heard in movies or songs.

6. Practice, Practice, and more Practice. 

7. Open to learning a new language.
