Welcome to Mr. M's Math Madness (Middle School Math)!

Dear Parents,

Welcome to a new school year! We are I looking forward to a happy and exciting year with your child/children. On Back to School Night you will have an opportunity to see the textbooks and materials your child/children will be using this year. We will also explain classroom policies and procedures, the class schedule, as well as specifics of the academic program. Back to School Night is scheduled for Thursday, September 20th at 6:30 p.m. At this time you will also be asked to sign up for our conferences which will take place in October.

This week your child/children received the stationery items that must be purchased through school. The total for these items is $. This fee is to be paid through the new online ordering system. Please submit payment for this amount as soon as possible if you have not done so already. Payment should be made no later than Friday, September 8. In addition to the supplies purchased through the school, students should have purchased the following: (6) 100 sheet marble copybooks, 1 Expandable 13-pocket docket, 4 red pens, 4 black pens (6th grade erasable), 12 Pencils #2, 2 Erasers, 2 Large glue sticks, 1 12" ruler w/ metric, 1 Protractor, two black sharpies, 4 Different Colored Highlighters, 1 Crayons 24ct, 1 Markers classic colors 8ct, 1 2GB or more flash drive, 2 pkg. sticky notes, (1) 100 3x5 index cards, 1 box colored pencils, 1 scotch tape, 1 large book sock, 1 pair of scissors, 1 earbud headphones. All books must be covered by Tuesday, September 12th. They should remain covered for the entire school year. All workbooks should be covered in clear contact paper or a plastic book cover. Each child is asked to bring in three boxes of tissues and one container of wipes. Additionally, if you feel so kind, I am always in need of Dry Erase markers. On Friday, September 13th, we will gather as a school community to ask God’s blessing on this school year. Mass will be at 8:30, and we welcome you to attend. We look forward to seeing each of you on Thursday, September 19th at our Back to School Night. Conference sign-ups will take place for eighth grade that evening.
