Mrs. Buiel

Hello St. Mary School Families,

My name is Izabella “Izzy” Buiel, and I am delighted to join the St. Mary School community. I hold a B.A. in Sacred Music with a concentration in Pipe Organ from Franciscan University of Steubenville, and I have served as Director of Music at parishes in Steubenville and the Hocking Hills, as well as a Catholic music educator in the Dioceses of Wheeling and Columbus.

Forming young Catholics to grow in skill, confidence, and love for the liturgy and the music of the Church has long been the heart of my vocation. This past summer, I married Alex Buiel, our parish’s Director of Sacred Music, and I am excited to share in this ministry alongside him.

It is a joy and an honor to begin this new chapter with you, and I look forward to all of the beautiful music we will make together!
