Entry Recommendations:
Open entry, NCEA Level 2 Textile Technology is an advantage. Students who have completed the Level 2 course will have priority entry.
Course Outline:
This course addresses the requirements of the technology achievement standards through a comprehensive project-based approach. These skills are all developed around specifications that the student has written regarding a specific innovative materials-based need and opportunity. The students will also create prototypes using complex procedures and applied design techniques.
