Sue Fairchild

Sue Fairchild enjoys accompanying others in building spiritual awareness through practices, prayers, and breathing. Though recently certified as a spiritual director, Sue has studied spiritual direction since 2020 and participated in the Lilly Contemplative Discipleship program since 2021. Her favorite spiritual practice is the examen.

As a spiritual social scientist, Sue is researching how building spiritual intelligence can enable us to navigate complex situations at the University of Minnesota, College of Education and Human Development in the Organizational Leadership and Policy Development (OLPD) Program and United Theological Seminary, Doctoral of Ministry in Spiritual Direction Program. After 30 years in corporate leadership, Sue enjoys teaching undergraduates in the OLPD program at the U.

Sue is a lifelong member of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America (ELCA) and spends her free time with youth from her church in Shoreview.
