Erica is our community health worker connected with Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital. As an embedded worker in the St. Johnsbury School she serves as a vital link between families, health services, and social services. Erica is committed to building caring and trusting relationships with our community members, and works to support self-sufficiency through a range of activities, education, informal counseling, social support, and advocacy.
