eBook that has stopped working:
Try the following:
Log out and log back into the app (checking you are using the correct login)
Check your iPad iOS is up to date as this can affect app performance (Settings - General - Software Update)
Turn your iPad off and back on again
Check that you do not have multiple accounts for a publisher, all of your books should be attached to 1 account with your school email address
eBook is not appearing:
Check that you have redeemed the code for that eBook
eBook Code:
To add an eBook you must have the code provided inside the physical copy of your textbook. If you need help adding your book please take a photo of the code on your iPad.
Educate
Book has disappeared
In the app go to “My ebooks” and try changing the categories filter at the top of the screen to “All eBooks” or “Full eBooks”. You should see your redeemed ebook there, ready to download.
If this doesn't work try logging out and logging back in
Book appears as 'Not Owned'
Right-click or tap and hold on the ebook(s) cover in the app and select “Delete ebook data” – don’t worry this won’t remove the ebook from your app account. Then, once deleted, log out of the app and log back in. The ebook(s) will re-download into the device and there should be no issues once they all say “Downloaded” again.
Meanwhile, you can access all your online ebooks by logging in with the same email address and password to www.educateplus.ie
