A little about Mrs. Griffing.....
I grew up in Bowling Green (where my parents still live) and have one sister who currently resides in Lexington, KY.

I am a 1997 graduate of St. Joseph School and a 2001 graduate of Bowling Green High School. I went on to receive my Bachelors in Economics from the University of Kentucky as well as a Masters in Business Administration from Eastern Kentucky University.

However, God had a different calling for me, and after 6 years in corporate America, I decided to pursue my dream of becoming a teacher at Western Kentucky University. I also hold a Master's in Teacher Leadership with an emphasis on Gifted and Talented Education.

Sharing my love of school and love of learning has been one of the greatest blessings of my life and I am thrilled that I get to be a part of such a wonderful community here at St. Joseph School.

I am married to my husband, Brian, who is also a schoolteacher. We have two daughters, Laine and Evelyn, that keep us entertained and busy!
