Baby Meals: Providing meals to families that are welcoming a baby into their family. (No meetings)

Cemetery: Helping with upkeep of the cemetery, as well as plotting and long term welfare of the cemetery.

Environment: Seeing to the overall look and feel of the atmosphere of the church and parish hall.

Liturgy (SLAW—Spiritual Life And Worship): SLAW is more than a liturgy committee! In addition to seeing to the overall liturgical benefits of the parish, this committee is dedicated to bringing quality spiritual programs/activities together to benefit the growth of the parish.

Parish Nursing: Seeing to the overall physical and spiritual needs of parishioners.

Pastoral Council: This is an elected position in the parish, nominations are taken in the spring of each year. The council guides and directs decisions that best support our parish.

Maintenance: Upkeep of the grounds, church, parish center and rectory.

Welcoming: Volunteers who reach out to new, visiting and current members in our parish. (minimal time commitment)


Altar Server: Those who assist the priest at the altar during Mass. 4th Grade students and older are offered training to become an Altar Server.

EMHC (Eucharistic Minister of Holy Communion): A layperson, someone who has no priestly orders from the Church, is given the privilege of administering Holy Communion at Mass or to bring it to the sick or dying. Training and Mandation take place annually.

Faith Formation: Catechists, lay people, who take of their time to teach the faith to others, especially to the youth of the parish.

Gift Bearer: Individuals or families that bring the offering of the parish before the altar.

Greeter: Individuals or families that welcome parishioners and visitors to our parish at the front entrance of church prior to Mass.

Lector: (Ministers of the Word) who proclaim scriptural (Bible) passages during the Mass. Training and Mandation take place annually.

Music: Those who lead the singing and music for Mass. If you have a gift with vocal music or instrumental music, please consider this ministry!

Usher: Those who direct the seating and collect the offering of the congregation.


Collection Counter: Taking time after Mass to help count the offering. Scheduled on a rotating basis.

Funeral Meals: A committee within the Altar Society that helps with meal preparation for funerals.

Prayer Chain: Offering prayers for those that are in need. Calling tree or Email tree available.

Pro-life Volunteer: Providing important information to the parish regarding pro-life policies and events.

Rosary Leader: Leading the rosary prior to daily or weekend Masses.
