Hello Everyone! My name is Mrs. Branscum and I am thrilled to be teaching 8th grade science at Stillwater Junior High School. I love science, and I especially love teaching youth about science. If you have ever asked the question, "Why?" then you are a scientist. Curiosity and creativity are integral to science, and to my class. We are going to have fun!

Before coming to SJHS I served as the STEM Coordinator for Oklahoma State 4-H Youth Development where I developed curriculum, organized events, and taught workshops about... you guessed it... science! I've also done natural resources conservation work, agricultural land appraisals, and worked with pigs- thousands of them. I received my Bachelor's degree at Arkansas Tech University and my Master's at Oklahoma State University. I've lived in five states, but have settled here in Stillwater with my husband, son, daughter, and menagerie of animals.
