Stillwater Public Schools is committed to providing continued support and services to those students who have an IEP or 504 Plan. All IDEA and Section 504 timelines will be adhered to during the Distance Learning implementation. The students’ special education teacher, school psychologist, or 504 Chairperson will contact parents/guardians regarding meeting dates and times. The availability of the parent/guardian will be primarily considered when planning meetings. As will the preferences and comfort levels of the parent/guardian in determining the method of meeting. No meetings will be held in person at this time. The team can meet via phone conference or video conference. All questions and concerns related to meetings should be directed to the special education teacher or 504 Chairperson for each student.
