May 16 -- Spring Band Concert 6:00 PM in the school gym

May 23 -- Spring Music Program 6:00 PM in the school gym

MARK YOUR CALENDARS FOR THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT DATES:

Tues., May 28 -- 8th Graders Last Day of School

Fri., May 31 -- K through 7th Grade Last Day of School -- **Dismissal at 10:30 AM (PreK at 10:15 AM)

**Bus Service will continue until the morning of May 31. Students need to be picked up at 10:30 AM on May 31.

Spring WEATHER IS UPON US:  Please make sure that your child comes to school with jackets on our colder days.  Every grade level does go out for lunch recess and because our lunch times are earlier in the day the temperature can be quite chilly without the late day warm up happening yet.

As it states in the Parent/Student Handbook (Pg 18): Students may wear uniform shorts from April 1st to October 31st only; after which time uniform slacks are required.

FROM THE SCHOOL OFFICE:  It is imperative that a handwritten note be provided to the school office in the event another individual, other than a parent, will be picking up your student(s) at the end of the day.  Emails may not be read in a timely manner by the teacher/staff to ensure the proper dismissal of the student.  If you are picking your child up early for an appointment, please provide a handwritten note to the teacher and office staff to ensure all individuals are aware & prepared to leave early.

FROM THE SCHOOL OFFICE--Important Information:  

Is your child going to be absent for any reason?

Please be sure to inform the school office by phone or email if your child(ren) will not be in school for any reason.

1. Please call the office at 847-885-7702 BEFORE 7:30am.

Will your child be picked up by someone other than yourself or an emergency contact?

Please remember that if someone other than yourself or your emergency contact, will be picking up your child, WE MUST HAVE A NOTE!  We cannot dismiss your child to another parent, relative, caregiver etc... without written consent or notification through the office. 

1. The office will need a written note with the name of WHO will be picking up and on WHAT day.  

2. Please send the note with your child to be turned in to the office.  

3. This procedure is in place to ensure the safety of all children.

Does your child ride a bus home? 

1. If the child will NOT be riding the bus home on any given day, we will need a written note stating this, otherwise the child will be sent home on the bus.

PLEASE make sure that your child has his/her name written on the tags of all St. Hubert sweatshirts and sweaters!
