Rocket Math Information

Rocket Math:

  • Each Friday, the students are responsible for completing 100 fact problems in 2 minutes and 30 seconds. The students practice for these quizzes every day in class. We will work with each operation beginning with addition, then subtraction, multiplication, and division. Every nine weeks, we will get through all 4 operations (2 weeks at a time).
  • For addition, the students will be adding numbers 1-19 to get a maximum sum of 20. Subtraction will work just the opposite. They will use numbers 1-20 to get a difference within this range. Multiplication and division will work with numbers 1-12.
