Mrs. Krueger
Music Teacher
I love that I get to teach music to some great musicians! We learn through games, echoing, repetition and hands-on learning. Recorders are a great beginning instrument that teach coordination, help understand written music. Ukuleles are a fun way to understand chords and form structure. We have opportunities to use music to honor our Veterans and celebrate the birth of Christ with our programs. We have weekly opportunities throughout the year to celebrate Mass with music and students lead the musical prayer of our school. I hope that each student continues to make music a part o their life!
Mr. Adamek
PE Teacher
As the PE teacher, I try to make class fun and active. With Kindergarten through 2nd grade, we do a lot of locomotor skills and learning how to control their bodies. With 3rd through 5th, we do activities that use more of their fine motor skills, along with having fun. Middle school does mostly lifetime activities, these include the major sports and yard games. These are are activities that they can do for the rest of their lives in order to stay active. I hope they walk away with an interest in one of these activities.
Miss Capoun
Art Teacher
As the traveling art teacher, I am at St. Geralds on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Each grade level in art has a specific theme that we follow for our projects throughout the year. My favorite part of teaching is watching students enter into the creative process and come up with unique ideas. I strive for every student to be able to express their interests, and hopefully walk away with an art form that they feel confident in.

Library/Technology
My role at St. Gerald has changed and evolved over the years, mostly due to the additions of technology that have come to the school. I currently facilitate learning in the library and very much enjoy getting to know each and every student that comes through the doors of St Gerald. One of my greatest joys is being a lifelong learner - I hope to share this joy with each of your children.
