 I have been blessed to be teaching 2nd grade at St. Gerald for nearly 25 years.  Both of my children have attended St. Gerald as well.  I love teaching the sacraments of Reconciliation and 1st Holy Communion.  It's rewarding to help students identify the light of Christ in their lives.  A main focus throughout the year is reading fluency and comprehension.  The individual growth the students exemplify in this area is evident through their confidence. I believe in cultivating a  positive environment to promote self-growth, independence and inclusivity.

Welcome!

I have been teaching at St Gerald Catholic School since 1999.  I have taught second grade for all of those years except last year, when I jumped into first grade!  Oh, what fun! I am a product of Catholic School education: Holy Cross, Gross Catholic, and College of St. Mary.  I am so blessed to be where I am today, doing what I love, in this amazing St. Gerald community.
