Instructions: 

Revisit the morphological chart in Assignment 7 (Synthesis) and 

• Develop a KT decision matrix for design alternatives and goals with weighting, rating, and decision factors

• Develop a KT evaluation matrix for design alternatives and adverse consequences with probability, severity, and threat

KT Decision Matrix -

Key: Decision Factor (D), Weighting Factor (W), Rating Factor (R)

KT Evaluation Matrix -

Threat (T)  = Probability (P) * Severity (S)

Summary -

Option 1 had the best decision factor while option 3 had the lowest threat. However, option still seems to be the best based on our evaluations.
