Anju Deoskar comes from the third generation of the armed forces family and has been an educator for 18 years. She has taught in prestigious IB schools like The International School Bangalore, and Indus International School before she moved into administrative and operational roles. According to her, Creativity, Critical Thinking, and Innovation empower learners to develop the skills they need in order to meet the requirements of a volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous world. She holds a long experience in both teaching and administration in the education landscape.

She is currently working as Director - of Admissions Outreach at FLAME University Pune. She heads the outreach activities Pan-India and abroad, strategic planning and communication along with many facets of the application and admissions process. She works closely with school counsellors and educators of Secondary Schools offering various national curriculum boards and international boards.

The best part she says about her job remains to interact with students -- as they navigate their own unique college searches.
