2024 update: I returned to Whitney Portal in June 2024 and climbed for four days (Nimbus (5.10c, 3p), Premier Route (5.8 A0, 5p), Beckey Route (5.9, 5p), and Bony Fingers (5.10c, 2-3p), among other random pitches). (Click link for trip report).
