Faith Formation

“Whoever welcomes this little child in my name welcomes me; and whoever welcomes me, welcomes the one who sent me."

-Luke 9:48

The religious education programs at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church provide faith formation for children which will help them become practicing members of our Roman Catholic community. We provide students in grades 1-12 with knowledge that will enable them to make a commitment to our faith which will be with them throughout their adult life. This knowledge and the beliefs they reinforce will, hopefully, lead them to make good moral choices and eventually lead them to become faithful and caring Roman Catholic Adults. We strive to make religion an an integral part of their lives and the lives of their families as they mature.

As part of the parish community, you are an integral part of the religious education commitment to your children by reviewing class material, making sure all classes are attended by your children as well as weekly mass. You can also support the parish through teaching religious education classes during the school year or during summer sessions.

Mission Statement

The Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Religious Education Program, in partnership with parents, is in place to guide the young people of our parish to better know, love, and serve the Lord. As a result of their experiences, the children will recognize the presence of God in their daily lives and will choose to be lifelong followers of Jesus Christ.
