Program Goals
In FACS we are emphasising the need of students entering the field of Culinary Arts and working with Children.
Students are learning the basics of cooking, and serving public.
Students are learning about the stages of Development of children and their own bodies.
Eventually we would like to establish a Bistro and a Child Care facility where students would be able come to class learn skills and then put them into practice.
