Guardianship Changes

If there has been a change to  a student's guardianship status (divorce, adoption, etc.), please contact the counseling office as soon as possible. Guardianship changes will not be made without proper documentation.

Transcript Request:

• Past and current students may request a copy of their high school transcript here.  Please stop by  or call the counseling office if you have questions or need assistance requesting an official transcript.

•  Please allow 3-5 business days. 

REQUESTING TRANSCRIPTS FOR DUAL CREDIT CLASSES

• If you took a Dual Credit class while in attendance at St. Clair High School, you will need to contact the college/university to get your transcript mailed to the college you are attending.  These schools require a small fee to send your official transcript.  Please click on the links below to request your transcript.

Youth Employment (work permit)

Students who are 14 or 15 years old may be employed following certain conditions. 

The student should:

1. Have passing grades.

2. Know where they plan to work (the employer completes part of the application).

3. Appear in person to submit an application.

Social Security Benefit Forms

Social Security benefit forms can be dropped off in the Counseling Office and picked up the following business day.  If you would like the forms completed the same day, please allow at least 20 minutes for completion.
