What is STREAM?
“STREAM represents a paradigm shift from traditional education philosophy, based on standardized test scores, to a modern ideal which focuses on valuing the learning process as much as the results. In essence, we dare our students to be wrong, to try multiple ideas, listen to alternate opinions and create a knowledge base that is applicable to real life as opposed to simply an exam.”

What is STREAM at St.Clement?
Students at St.Clement are given 45 minutes of STREAM class every week! In class, they are given the chance to solve real world problems, design things out of this world, and get their hands dirty making something of their own design.
Mrs.Mansfield has been teaching for 14 years. She has taught in all grade levels in various places around St.Louis and its surrounding counties. She currently is the STREAM Coordinator and RISE teacher for St.Clement of Rome School where she truly enjoys being able to share the joy of "thinking outside the box" with her students.
Outside the classroom, Mrs.Mansfield enjoys traveling to different places around the United States with her husband, anything fitness related, and loving on her two puppies, Izzy and Sophie.
