Meet Mrs. Geariety (Formerly Ms. Stanek)!

Welcome Back 6th Grade!

My name is Casey Geariety (Stanek), and I’m very excited to be teaching sixth grade this year. I will be teaching Reading, and this is my 9th year teaching at St. Clair!

I am from Winona, MN. and moved to Mankato fall 2004 to attend Minnesota State University. I graduated from Minnesota State University in 2008 with a degree in Elementary Education and Spanish. In December of 2014, I graduated from Saint Mary's University with my Masters of Arts in Education. I had the amazing opportunity to study abroad in Costa Rica for two months. I learned the language, culture, and traveled the country. I enjoy traveling and exploring different parts of the world!! This fall I will be getting married, and will now be Mrs. Geariety, not Ms. Stanek!
