The following Spanish Classes that are offered at St. Clair High School

• Spanish 8- Exploratory Spanish. This class will introduce your stduent to the language, culture and customs unique to the Spanish-Speaking world. We will focus on speaking and listening throughout the class.

• Spanish I - This class will teach you the basic vocabulary and grammar in the Spanish language.

• Spanish II- This course will develop and strengthen the students’ linguistic proficiency and cultural sensitivity through writing, purposeful listening and reading activities and daily conversation in Spanish.

• Spanish III - This course will develop and strengthen the students’ linguistic proficiency and cultural sensitivity through writing, purposeful listening and reading activities and daily conversation in Spanish. It will offer expanded opportunities to learn more about both Spanish language and cultures at a more advanced level.

• Spanish IV- This course will build off of Spanish III to develop and strengthen the students’ linguistic proficiency and cultural sensitivity through writing, purposeful listening and reading activities and daily conversation in Spanish. It will offer expanded opportunities to learn more about both Spanish language and cultures at a more advanced level.

All courses are offered to students grades 8-12.
