Kyle Stephanie Kraus is an instructional designer [IDs] & educational technologist at STCC supporting faculty in translating their course content into the online teaching & learning experience. She supports equity in every teaching & learning experience and can coach faculty in best practices to serve our students.

Vonetta Lightfoot has been a full-time staff member since 2005, Vonetta worked in Admissions for 10 years as a staff assistant and liaison for international students and for the College Now dual enrollment program. Ms. Lightfoot is now the Multicultural Affairs Operations Manager and is responsible for developing culturally relevant projects and event planning with the goal of creating inclusive spaces on campus through diverse cultural programming. She knows “you can’t be what you can’t see” so creating events and activities centering on BIPOC and other marginalized communities is at the core of the work she does at the college. Vonetta is the founder and chair of the STCC Black Professionals Group and was recently named one of Business West 40 Under Forty, an award of honoring young professionals in Western Mass. — not only for their career achievements, but for their service to the community.
