Session Description:

You’ve expanded your teaching repertoire to include Blackboard, multimedia, OER, and accessibility! With this new knowledge, teaching will never be the same. Ask yourself, “What do I do now?” We will discuss teaching on-campus, best practices and strategies to incorporate new online practices into the physical classroom.

Presenters:
Marisha Marks joined STCC in September of 2020, after seven years as an instructional designer at UMass Amherst. Marisha’s area of interest is in accessibility and Universal Design. She is currently leading CODL course accessibility initiatives, including deploying the Ally in Blackboard accessibility tool, and increasing accessibility awareness through self-paced tutorials and workshops.
