Session Description:
How do marketers get rid of houseflies? Come to this session for the answer and how it relates to STCC’s new marketing plan. Recent investments have resulted in the ability for us to remain “always on” with STCC’s marketing efforts. You’ll see what the Communications and Marketing (C&M) team is planning for the next 24 months all with the goal of keeping STCC top-of-mind for all prospective students in our community. You’ll see how content drives the marketing bus and the part everyone on campus can play in sharing the word.
Presenter:
Keith Paul, director of communications and marketing at STCC. Prior to STCC, Keith served in marketing positions across UMass Amherst and Western New England University. For 12 years at UMass, Keith also taught online in their University Professional and Continuing Education Association (UPCEA)-honored Certificate Program in Online Journalism. Keith sits on the Marketing and Membership Committee for the National Council for Marketing and Public Relations (NCMPR), where he was recognized as a “Rising Star” for 2021 and where the STCC C&M team has won eight awards for excellence in marketing during his leadership. Keith also led digital marketing modernization teams at MassMutual, EMC (now part of Dell), Rocket, and HeyWire (now part of Salesforce). He holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from UMass Amherst, has studied Design Theory at the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD), and has attended Executive Marketing workshops at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He is working on his master’s in public administration at Westfield State University.
