Session Description:
The User Support Staff will discuss some common problems they see and what you can do to avoid them. They will review some basics to maintain your computer and what you can do when you run into a problem.
Presenters:
Andy Curto is the primary Audio/Visual Staff for the classrooms on campus. He has an Associate’s degree in Teleproduction and Multimedia Technologies from STCC. In 2009 Andy started working part time and in 2018 he became full time.
Russ Hatch has worked full time at the IT Helpdesk since 2019. He is a graduate from STCC and has an Associate’s degree in IT Security. Russ started working part time as a graduate intern. He has been a key person keeping the IT Helpdesk open during the transition to remote work and back.
Josh Sanofsky is the most recent addition to the IT Helpdesk in 2020. He brings a wealth of knowledge from his past positions. Josh holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from UMass Amherst. He has certifications in Apple and CompTIA A+ and Network+.
