Session Description:
Regardless of our roles here at STCC, interpersonal communication is not easy to navigate. Even when not in a pandemic, we don't take time to reflect and improve on how we listen. During pandemic, it is even more important that we do. Join us as we develop strategies to improve our active listening skills with those we communicate the most.
A comprehensive overview of different types of listening skills will be paired with participatory activities. To get the most out of time together, this session will have personal introspection, guided role playing and group participation activities.
