AIA@STCC has worked to promote an integrated and systemic approach across the college specific to diversity, inclusion, and equity, with the stated outcome of ensuring STCC serves as an antiracist institution. Learn more about the work of AIA@STCC including recommendations to move forward actions that address our own equity gaps, and measure our success at addressing systemic racism.
Richard Greco, Dean of Liberal and Professional Studies, holds an AA from STCC, a BS in Biochemistry and a BS in Human Biology from American International College, and an MS in Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Saint Joseph. He is pursuing a doctorate in public administration at West Chester University.
Vanessa Hill has been a Math Professor here at STCC, for the past 15 years. She is currently serving a role as the inaugural Presidential Fellow as well as her continued work with the Antiracism and Inclusion Alliance (AIA).
Darcey Kemp, Vice President for Student Affairs, holds a BS in Marketing and an MBA both from Canisius College in Buffalo, New York. She previously served as the Assistant Vice President for Student Development, Leadership and Completion Initiatives at The College of Saint Rose, in Albany, New York. Prior to that, she spent 10 years at Mercyhurst University in Erie, Pennsylvania serving as the Director of the Center for Student Engagement & Leadership Development followed by Dean of Students at the North East Campus. Ms. Kemp began her student affairs career 20 years ago as the Assistant Director of Admissions/ Enrollment Management, Communications & Technology at alma mater, Canisius College.
