Julia-I'm really good at math, taking care of chickens, and I like to learn about birds and nature. Elisa- I think I'm good at drawing, singing, I love learning about history especially history of other countries!

We are trying to solve the problem called "Plastic pollution"!
This topic is important because "Around 100,000 marine animals die each year, including fish, seabirds, and marine mammals.
Why is it happening?

People littering no matter where they live affects the ocean because as some-fish once said, "All drains lead to the ocean"-Nemo
Many birds are going extinct because of plastic pollution ( Balearic Shear water, Hawaiian Petrel, Etc.) and these birds are part of many animals food diet so is they go extinct other animals that aren't birds might as well.

Plastic pollution is killing many animals ( Ex: Fish, Birds, Other marine animals)
Polluting the water not only affects animals, but us too! Fish is a portion of the human food diet, and when we eat fish is may contain bacteria that is bad for us.
