Summer Assignments & Supplies

Dear Incoming Fourth Grade Parents and Students,

A warm welcome to you as we begin a very exciting school year. We are looking forward to a year full of learning and growing. In order to begin the school year with the necessary supplies, please have your child come to school with the following items:


  • 5 composition notebooks - please no spiral bound
  • 10 black/blue erasable pens
  • 4 red pens
  • 1 pearl eraser
  • 2 bottles of liquid glue
  • 1 small art box
  • 3 highlighters (1 each of yellow, pink and green)
  • 2 folders with pockets
  • 1 box of Crayons and/or markers
  • scissors
  • metric/customary ruler
  • 3 dozen pencils
  • Scotch or invisible tape
  • 2 boxes of tissues
  • 1 container of disinfectant wipes
  • 1 roll of paper towels
  • 1 bottle of hand sanitizer
  • 3 large book sox for textbooks
  • 1 small book sox for textbook
  • 1 roll of clear contact paper for workbooks

Summer reading – A Cricket in Times Square by George Selden and The Lemonade War by Jacqueline Davies. Please be prepared to complete an in class project on The Lemonade War when we return to school in September.

Just a friendly reminder: Students do not need staplers, or white out. Thank you for your help and assistance with preparing your child for his/her first day of school.
