Nursery Manager - St Martin's C of E Primary School

We are currently developing our pre-school provision, which includes a spacious, outdoor area. We currently offer places for 3 & 4 year olds on a term time only basis.

As Nursery Manager you will be responsible for the overall management of the setting including staffing, occupancy, managing the allocated budget and curriculum development.

We wish to recruit caring, patient and enthusiastic individuals to provide support for a child with a statement of special educational needs.

Previous experience of working in a school or pre-school/playgroup setting is essential, although experience of working with children with special educational needs is desirable.

Sensitivity, patience and an ability to work on your own initiative are necessary qualities, as well as the ability to work as part of our effective and caring team.

The successful candidate should also have good communication skills,a desire to facilitate children's learning ; working within a learning community and a commitment to working in partnership with parents and liaising with outside agencies.This is an exciting opportunity where you can make a real difference
