2.  Complete an Online Application

Eligible Entities 

Employers must meet the following criteria: 

• Legally authorized to operate in the state of Colorado (do not need to be Colorado-based)

• For-profit or nonprofit employers

• Not yet involved in a Work-Based Learning Incentive Program

• Intend to work within the state of Colorado

• Applicant must be the Employer of Record (EOR) for the program
