Put on by StarWalker Organic Farms, Rodale Institute and the Regenerative Organic Alliance.

If you’re interested in exploring how organic and regenerative meat is processed, don’t miss the StarHarvest Facility Tours on October 22, offering a behind-the-scenes look at this innovative processing facility in Yreka, California. (Limited to 30 people)

In addition, you’re invited to join us the evening of October 22,  for a Field-to-Fork Dinner showcasing locally sourced ingredients and good company.  $25 a plate.  Spaces are limited.
