Sannadhasena

Sannadhasena is formed with the help of the State Disaster Management Authority, drawing lessons from the previous disasters faced by the state of Kerala. The facility was first provided for the public to register to bring the volunteers to the news. The District Disaster Management Authority division will be the district collectors and the status of each district will be provided. The members of the force are ready to volunteer at any time, no matter what the tragedy occurs in the state. One volunteer per hundred citizens are trained for the purpose of disaster management. The members of the force are aged 16-65. Their education or fitness does not prevent them from becoming members of the force. Volunteers would receive training from various forces in the state on how to respond and act in the event of a disaster. More than 700 trainers from police, fire brigade, disaster management and forest department are training.

Now the Sannadhasena is set to expand their service to help the specially abled and bed ridden or serious patients who stay alone or having limited movability to access various services for living that includes statutory requirements or logistics requirements such as getting medicine or other necessary items delivered at their door steps. Sannadhasena wants to make the services to the above said category spread across the state by ensuring maximum control and transparency.
