About me:

Thanks for visiting my page! I am happy to be a part of the St. Anne faculty for the 2018-19 school year. This is my third year at St. Anne School, my fifth year teaching middle school, and my tenth year of teaching! Previously, I spent two years teaching middle school science at the Nativity School of Harrisburg, a private non-denominational school which serves as a feeder for Bishop McDevitt and Trinity. I also taught various high school sciences at Bishop McDevitt for five years, primarily Biology I and Anatomy & Physiology, but also some Chemistry, EnviSci, and Biology II.

My educational background is in science, and I have a bachelor's degree in biology from Dickinson College. My passion is genetics, but I also love astronomy and introducing students to the wonders of space and humanity's future in space travel.

I live in the Elizabethtown area with my husband, three kids, seven cats, and four turtles.
