Discovery Affinity Group
The LD4 Discovery Affinity Group will provide a forum for discussions around discovery solutions.
Ethics in Linked Data Affinity Group
The primary focus of this affinity group is to call attention to ethical considerations around ongoing and newly proposed work using Linked Data technologies.
Non-Latin Script Materials Affinity Group
This group is intended to provide a forum for Sinopia cataloging community that deal with non-Latin scripts.
Profiles Affinity Group
The LD4P Profiles Affinity Group is charged with establishing best practices for how the Cohort will create, edit, and share profiles within a collaborative environment (Sinopia) and for storing and accessing these files in Github.
Rare Materials Affinity Group
This affinity group seeks to make use of the collective expertise across the member and cohort institutions to discuss needs and challenges particular to rare materials, and to coordinate the development of resources to support our work.
Serials Affinity Group
The National Library of Medicine’s (NLM) LD4P2 Cohort project is focused on cataloging serials in a BIBFRAME environment, which includes development of a serials cataloging profile.
Community discussion of Wikidata related topics with the goal of understanding how the library can contribute to and leverage Wikidata as a platform for publishing, linking, and enriching library linked data.
Sinopia User Group
This group discusses best practices and provides feedback to the development team to continuously improve the Sinopia application as linked data cataloging evolves.
