Lambert Zixin Li
I am a Ph.D. candidate in Organizational Behavior & Sociology at Stanford.
I study corporate social responsibility, especially employee well-being, from the lens of organization theory. My work received second-round R&Rs from the Administrative Science Quarterly and the Journal of Management Studies and won a Best Student Paper award from the Academy of Management. Method-wise, I use field experiments to inform evidence-based management. My work was cited by the UK Government and covered by the Wall Street Journal.
I am advised by Sarah Soule, Jeffrey Pfeffer, Mark Granovetter (sociology), and Sara Singer (medicine). I hold an MPhil in Innovation, Strategy & Organization from the University of Cambridge, advised by Shaz Ansari, and a BA in Sociology from UC Berkeley, advised by Heather Haveman.
