SAM PORTER

Sam Porter is founder and CEO of NeuPorter, a pipeline and salt cavern storage infrastructure developer based in Texas. A lawyer by training, Sam has broad experience across the energy spectrum including at a gas and NGL midstream project developer, a solar manufacturer and project developer, and most recently in the Project Finance group at Norton Rose Fulbright where his practice focused on renewable energy and power project development and finance. Sam is a graduate of Columbia Law School, the University of Utah and Stanford’s Inter-University Center for Japanese language studies.
