KEVIN PENG

Kevin Peng is the Program Manager of IPP Renewed, overseeing the execution teams in the development and construction of the new generation, transmission, and hydrogen energy storage projects for the Intermountain Power Agency (IPA). He has supported the Intermountain Power Project (IPP) Renewed Program in this role since 2018 and joined the IPP Program in 2016 as the supervising Mechanical Engineer overseeing Operations and Maintenance for the IPP Generation and Transmission Facilities. Prior to his engagement in the IPP Program, he supported LADWP’s Major Projects group starting in 2009 as a Field Engineer for the Haynes 5&6 and Scattergood 3&4 Repowering Projects, two of LADWP’s largest infrastructure projects in the last decade. He holds an MBA from USC, as well as both M.S. and B.S. degrees in Mechanical Engineering from UC San Diego.
