Loyola University - Summer Reading Skills Camp
Summer Reading Skills Programs are offered by Loyola University New Orleans, Office of Professional and Continuing Studies (PACS), and designed and taught by instructors from the Institute of Reading Development.
Strengthen Skills, Build Confidence, Enjoy Reading
These single-grade programs teach key reading skills, from phonics and sight words for younger children to comprehension, reading speed, and textbook strategies for older kids, and everything in between.
Guided by a knowledgeable and supportive teacher, students in these programs experience success with reading again and again, developing their skills and building confidence in outstanding books at the right level of challenge for each age.

St. George's Episcopal School
Ready, Set, Read! is a reading program open to rising Kindergarten-5th grade students in June and July. Skilled teachers will provide reading, spelling and writing instruction in a program utilizing phonological awareness and sequential, multisensory, structured literacy approach to teach students who struggle with the reading process or have been diagnosed with dyslexia. Each class will consist of no more than three students in a group.

Cardinal Summer Camp at St. Andrew’s Episcopal School offers a summer day camp in a small, nurturing, and fun environment. There will be six weeks of camp available between June and July.
