Ask your parents to fill out the Emergency Information Form

Print out the March for Life Forms and ask your Parents to Sign them.

Return your forms and a $125 deposit to the parish office by October 9, 2019.

1) A registration link will be sent to you sometime in October.

2) The online registration form needs to be completed and the remainder of the payment ($200) needs to be paid to the parish office by Friday, November 22.
