Outside Guest Details & Procedures

All outside guests...

• MUST be accompanied by & check-in with a North Hills 11th or 12th grade student 

• MUST agree to the guest waiver and have confirmation from their school's principal before ticket will be valid (Dance administrator will reach out to all guest principals -- the NH student will be contacted if the guest is denied) 

Outside guests are considered to be...

• Any current North Hills 9th or 10th grade student

• Any non-North Hills student 20 years of age or younger -- IDs will be checked (all guests must be in at least 9th grade)

Your request to bring an outside guest may be DENIED if the...

• Guest is a North Hills School District volunteer and/or employee

• Guest is over the age of 20 years old or not in at least 9th grade -- IDs will be checked

• Guest is not in good standing in their current district/situation

Outside Guest Procedures for Obtaining a Ticket

1. The North Hills 11th or 12th grade student will purchase TWO (2) tickets -- one for themselves and one for the outside guest

ALL guest tickets must be purchased by Wednesday, April 23rd. NO GUEST TICKETS WILL BE AVAILABLE AFTER THIS DATE!

Upon checkout with an additional GUEST ticket, the North Hills student will be asked for the following information:

• Guest Name

• guest email address

• type of guest (NH 9th or 10th grade or non-NH students)

• guest school (if applicable)

2. The outside guest's principal will be contacted (if applicable) AFTER the ticket is purchased via email to approve or deny the outside guest. IF the outside guest is DENIED based on any reason given from the guest's principal, the NH student who purchased the ticket will be contacted by the Dance Administrator.
