STEP 1: SCREEN TIME

  • Check your own screen time on your device

  • Look for your average daily usage

  • Speak to a friend or facilitator if you need help


Use the instructions (right) to check your screen time. If the instructions don't work for your phone, Google "how to check screen time on [your phone make and model]".


Still struggling? Give an estimate of your usage. You can visit the 'PRODUCTIVITY' page later to find apps you can install to track your screen time.

How to check screen time on Android:

1) Open the Settings app

2) Select Digital Wellbeing and parental controls

3) Hit 'Dashboard'

How to check screen time on Apple:

1) Open the Settings app

2) Select Screen Time

3) Tap 'See All Activity'
