BWB, which means "Buddies Without Borders," is a club for students who are interested in English and global issues to gather together to spread their personal ideas to the world and improve injustice both locally and globally with the club power. In addition, by joining international events, you are able to enhance your English ability, make freinds worldwide, and share Taiwanese culture with club members around the world. It is a club that enables you to broaden your horizons and express yourselves with freedom.

Tsai Hsing is the only school in Taiwan that has BWB club
In THSH BWB club, club members are able to enjoy their time, relax and learn by partaking in lots of interesting activities
Instead of just listening to club teacher's lecture, we have different activities in each club session. We also go on a field trip every year!
Most of the activities we've done is guided by GED and organized in detail by the club president and other committee members

Q: Do I need to go through an audition to join the club? 想加入社團需要甄選嗎？
A: 需要喔！徵選內容包含前一學期英文成績平均80分以上（學校查核），以及英文表單填寫和全英文口說面試兩個部分。雖然我們社團課並不會完全使用英文進行談話，不過由於是英文性質的社團，許多活動仍會需要使用到英文說寫，而與國外的學生及老師們交流時更是需要以英文來溝通和表達自己，因此還是需要具備一定的口說及讀寫能力~
Q: Is the selection process difficult? 徵選很困難嗎？
A: 答案是不會！表單基本上就填寫參加動機，並挑選一個SDG（底下有簡單的介紹）來介紹和提出自己的想法。面試部分則是簡單介紹自己，講述想加入社團的動機，並回答一些老師們或社長問的問題就可以了！問題大多也不會太複雜和困難，大概像是「If you had to give a gift to a friend abroad, what would you give?（如果要送國外的朋友禮物，你會送甚麼？）」這種比較輕鬆的問題，只要勇於表達、展現你的熱忱和正向的態度就好了！不需要太緊張~
Q: What committee members are there in the club? Am I qualified? 這個社團有哪些幹部？我能夠擔任嗎？
A: 社團幹部如右圖所示，大部分會由高二的學長姐擔任，且擔任前通常會有小小的甄選。不過每屆情況和社員組成不同，甄選方式可能不盡相同，高一的同學們也可能有機會擔任幹部或幹部助手喔！有些幹部不限定一位，例如活動及美宣可能需要比較多人，所以有興趣的人都可以爭取，從擔任幹部中學習、累積經驗~
Q: Am I suitable for BWB? 我適合這個社團嗎？
A: 想要參加但擔心自己英文程度不夠好或有點害怕和害羞嗎？不用擔心！這個社團許多活動都是鼓勵參加和報名，勇於發表的人可以自由地提出自己對議題的看法，不太善於表達的同學也可以聆聽其他人的想法並從中學習，想要增進口說能力或跨出舒適圈認識新朋友和新事物的人都非常適合！不論是內向還是外向的同學都有許多選擇，所以不用顧慮太多，試試看吧！
Q: What issues do we talk about? 我們討論甚麼議題？
A: 我們所謂的｢ issue （議題）」主要指的是聯合國於2015年宣佈的｢2030永續發展目標」 (Sustainable Development Goals，簡稱SDGs)。主要包含了17項核心目標，以改善社會、經濟、生態、健康、平等、資源等方面中所遭受的威脅和傷害為目的，期望創造世界的永續發展，打造更美好且進步的未來。BWB社和GED舉辦的活動也都是以此為方向規劃，讓同學們更深入了解各項議題、互相討論、做出行動和貢獻。
Q: What do we use to contact? 我們用甚麼與國外交流？
A: 主要是Discord。加入BWB社的人都會創建一個Discord帳號，並加進創辦人Mrs.Mohs創的BWB大家族伺服器裡。在伺服器中，你可以看到各個國家在自己的區域分享他們在社團的所作所為，每個人也可以在議題探討的區塊提出自己的想法和對議題的研究。如果想認識新朋友，也可以直接加他們為Discord好友，彼此私訊交流。
